ABOUT THE EVENT
Sustained Wellness is a one day conference to empower professionals with tools for supporting and fostering good mental health. Co-Founders, Adam Wehler and Alicia Hawley have been strong voices regarding mental health, substance abuse, and wellbeing in the legal industry and are committed to changing the world, one person and one day at a time.
Sustained is a transformative space for professionals to explore, understand, and address mental health and well-being. Our conference is dedicated to fostering a supportive community, discussing and exploring practical approaches to sustaining mental health in the workplace and beyond, and promoting holistic well-being. Sustained aims to continue building awareness that mental fitness is an essential component of total wellness including healthy relationships, physical well-being, and workplace performance.
The Sustained 2026 will take place in our flagship city, Chicago, on April 14th. Through a series of thoughtfully curated sessions, attendees will gain valuable insights and tools to cope with mental stressors, enhance their resilience, and better support themselves and others. At Sustained, we believe that mental wellness is integral to professional success and personal fulfillment, and we are committed to empowering every participant with the knowledge and resources needed to thrive.
